Responsibilities | The director is responsible for all phases of recruitment and admissions for Macon based and online business graduate programs in the School of Business. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment travel, inquiry development, business partnership development, application completion and review, student interviewing, professional presentations, and correspondence. Working with a great degree of independence, the incumbent reports regularly to the assistant vice president of enrollment management, but will work cooperatively with the Dean, all Academic Program Directors, as well as staff members engaged in admissions, alumni and development, and career service functions. |
Required Qualifications | A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and three years of experience, which must include experience with admissions, working adult recruitment and higher education administration are required. Candidates with a master's degree are highly desirable. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the university's carrier as this position requires some travel. |
