What We're Looking For

Baylor University is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Content to support the university's mission by creating and managing strategic marketing content for Graduate Business Programs. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating engaging stories, videos, graphics, and social media campaigns that align with enrollment goals and guide prospective students through the recruitment funnel. The position also oversees content production, maintains a centralized asset library, ensures consistent brand messaging across platforms, and collaborates with key stakeholders to monitor KPIs and optimize marketing effectiveness.

A Bachelors Degree and three year of relevant work experience is required. A Masters degree and five years is preferred.

A hybrid work schedule will be available on a case-by-case basis at our Waco or Dallas campus.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.

What You Will Do

Content Ideation and Creation
  • Develop strategies, coordinate projects, and maintain high-quality marketing content, including stories, videos, photos, and graphics for the purpose of educating prospective graduate business students and driving them through the enrollment funnel.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials (e.g., graphics, photos, video) to support the Graduate Business Programs (GBP) Enrollment Team campaigns and recruiting events.
  • Write original content for specific prospective student audiences in a range of formats including blog posts, student profiles, news stories, and webpage text.
  • Oversee the process of content development by external writers for owned media, in collaboration with Hankamer School of Business (HSB) Department of Marketing and Communications.
  • Help plan and create social media in conjunction with HSB Marketing Specialist responsible for MBA social media accounts.
  • Collaborate on organic social media promotion strategy to further promote Baylor MBA brand messaging to prospective students.

Content Management
  • Maintain a content library for GBP marketing assets that enables easy access and collaboration across the department and for tracking alignment with enrollment strategies.
  • Manage process to refresh website content, by creating a schedule, reviewing content, collecting correct data, and submitting complete information to HSB Marketing and Communications, which is responsible for administratively updating the website.
  • Collaborate with HSB Marketing and Communications to ensure website content adheres to SEO best practices.
  • Serve as dotted-line supervisor for the HSB Marketing Specialist to ensure social media content aligns with enrollment goals and to track KPI's to optimize reach and engagement.

Brand and Messaging Alignment
  • Serve as GBP primary point of contact for ensuring all marketing content and materials align with university brand standards and the HSB style guidelines.
  • Review recruiting communications and creative assets for consistent voice, tone, and messaging across channels and across programs.
  • Support the recruitment team within the larger Enrollment Team in aligning email campaign content with branding, style and visual standards.

Strategic Support & Performance Monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Graduate Enrollment to execute and refine marketing strategies as it relates to social media, owned media and earned media.
  • Collaborate closely with HSB Marketing and Communications to monitor KPIs related to content marketing and use performance data to inform content strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness to refine strategies that drive enrollment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the university's online growth and mission.
  • Comply with university policies.
