Associate Director of Enrollment Management

The successful candidate will plan and lead various recruitment activities, while also providing oversight to the enrollment management operation.

The Associate Director will:

Supervise admissions counselors, a financial aid coordinator, and administrative support staff in support of day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

Will develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives in partnership with the regional senior director and other university leadership.

Plan and analyze data, organize events, and facilitate recruitment campaigns.

Recruit at high schools, college fairs, and in one-on-one meetings.

Evaluate credentials and make admissions decisions.

Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff and build and maintain external relationships with schools and stakeholders.

Assist in the development of the budget and manage expenditures.

Train and mentor staff.

A successful candidate must be a team leader who works well with others, has strong communication skills, and can build and sustain relationships across departments, campuses and throughout the community. A strong commitment to diversity, ethical decision-making, and respect for others is expected.

This position typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher (master's degree preferred) plus 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
