Associate Director of Enrollment Management
Penn State New Kensington seeks a self-motivated admissions professional to serve as Associate Director of Enrollment Management. The successful candidate will participate in various recruitment activities while also providing oversight to the enrollment management operation.
The Associate Director will:
- Supervise two admissions counselors, a financial aid coordinator, and administrative support staff in support of day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives, in partnership with the senior director.
- Plan, analyze data, organize events, and facilitate recruitment campaigns.
- Recruit at high school visits, college fairs and one-on-one meetings.
- Evaluate credentials and make admissions decisions.
The successful candidate must be a team leader who works well with others, has strong communication skills, and can build and sustain relationships across departments, campuses and throughout the community. A strong commitment to diversity, ethical decision making and respect for others is expected.
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher plus four years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position will require successful completion of a Clearance Package PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Fingerprints through DHS , and MVR.
