Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, the Manager, CRM Systems is part of the UG Admissions operations team and will be responsible for updating and maintaining the customer relationship management system (CRM) for Undergraduate Admissions. This includes identifying any new workflows, views, dashboards, or form changes to enhance user functionality, as well as testing future upgrades and developing enhancements to support university enrollment goals. The specific focus is on continued staff and constituent training on utilizing the CRM for efficient end-user results. The Manager acts as the liaison for our schools and colleges and areas outside of the UG Admissions department using the CRM. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience working with a CRM tool preferably in an undergraduate admission setting. Experience with Banner or other ERP systems. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities:
*Strong strategic, analytical, programming, interfacing, and testing skills.
*Demonstrated ability to elicit and document user requirements and to document completed applications.
*Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
*Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate to a diverse group of management and staff.
*Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, if necessary.
