The College of DuPage is a comprehensive community college located 27 miles west of downtown Chicago, vitally connected to our local area for over 50 years. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the Dean of Enrollment Management. Act as a liaison within the department in enrollment management and across college administration relative to procedures, policies and planning. Professionally handle personnel and student issues of a highly confidential nature. Works autonomously on daily activities with competing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience
- Two to three (2-3) years supporting management/supervisory level personnel with experience in project, event and calendar management involving work with internal and external customers required.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and professionalism required.
- Proficient in MSOffice programs, outlook calendar and Internet with two to three (2-3) years' experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software required.
- Strong planning and organizational skills; Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize, implement and follow through with multiple tasks required.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously required.
- Four (4) or more years experience in the above categories preferred

Hiring Range:
Classified 10 Hourly/20.00 - 22.00
