Job Summary

In collaboration with Enrollment Services leadership, this position facilitates campus-wide use of the CRM and contributes to the overall management of these functionalities, including application management, building queries, generating reports, and developing other recruitment/communication tools. They also will serve as marketing liaison and data manager for the Division.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Director of Admissions, develop and coordinate delivery of key messages and information to prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Manage the campus CRM and act as liaison to power users in various departments.
  • With Marketing, coordinate annual review, update, and purchase of recruitment materials and supplies.
  • Create flyers and announcement templates to promote ES events and activities.
  • In collaboration with AEM and IT, handle maintenance of ES webpages and online tools, to include college application, event registration, and campus calendars.
  • Leverage social media platforms to inform and engage prospective students toward establishing a social media ambassador group.
  • Monitor and regularly report enrollment data to campus partners and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison to contracted providers for enrollment communications and marketing, e.g. CRM agencies.
  • Serve on campus and system committees and workgroups as appropriate to role.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working directly with data in admissions and/or enrollment management in a higher education setting is required.
  • Familiarity with student enrollment CRMs, experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability in changing priorities.
  • Project management experience preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge of CRMs and web-based communication tools, and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of enrollment management and marketing principals.
  • Knowledge of system and institutional admissions policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the BANNER and various student application portals.
  • Knowledge of student data tracking and reporting systems.
  • Skill in the operation of computers and job-related software programs.
  • Skill in critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Skill in interpersonal relations and in dealing with the public.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
