Job Description
As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid Office (GAFAO) team, the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions, Specialized Master's Programs has the major responsibility for daily management of the Schools Specialty Master's recruitment initiatives. This position is charged with providing oversight of and direction to an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions, who will help support our Specialized Masters Programs. The Associate Director also develops and implements efficient communication strategies and processes to support recruitment and conversion.

Required Skills

B.S./B.A., Master's Degree preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data in order to meet targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse client base.
Strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office.
Excellent leadership skills.
Preferred four to six years of experience in graduate admissions.
Frequent travel and night and weekend work is required.
