Pratt Institute is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Director of Transfer Admissions (Associate Director) who will be an integral part of the Admissions Office. The Associate Director will oversee most aspects of undergraduate transfer admissions, including assisting the AVP with transfer recruitment planning, marketing, and application processing. The successful candidate should possess superior time management and organizational skills, demonstrate outstanding analytical skills when analyzing and processing recruitment data and student transcripts, and have a solid understanding of undergraduate education admission recruitment policies and best practices. Key Essential Duties include the following:

Oversee the organization, evaluation and implementation of undergraduate transfer application processes
Coordinate with the AVP to implement training and auditing of professional, seasonal and part-time staff on the processing and evaluation of undergraduate transfer applications, including portfolio and college transcript evaluation
Participate in all-institute committees or programs as well as a member of the selection and/or evaluation committees as necessary
Participate in the hiring and supervision of work study students and/or graduate assistants and seasonal admissions counselors particularly assigned to transfer admissions
Serve as Designated School Official (DSO) in SEVIS with limited functionality in SEVIS, with an elementary overall understanding of F-1 international student regulations
