Position Summary:
The Director/Sr. Director of Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for the entire enrollment and matriculation process for all undergraduate students at EKU and will develop strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll a highly qualified, talented, and diverse student body in a manner that supports the EKU recruitment, admissions, and retention goals. The Director/Sr. Director also manages recruitment activities to best meet enrollment goals set by the University, provides support and direction to admissions recruitment teams, and works directly with prospective, admitted, and current students, faculty, and staff, as well as with other institutions from across the nation. Director/Senior Director designation based upon years of experience and education.

Minimum Education:
Masters Degree is required

Minimum Experience:
Five years of progressively responsible leadership, management, and/or administration experience in Admissions or Enrollment Management is required.
Prefer experience in higher education, recruiting, student services or related field.

Develops, manages, and implements a strategic recruitment plan for undergraduate students that attracts academically qualified and diverse learners by effectively utilizing data from various sources to evaluate student characteristics and trends as the Un
Collaborates with and provides effective communication and strategy to academic departments, the division of student life, alumni programs, athletics, and other stakeholders that support recruitment and yield efforts.
Fosters an office environment that empowers staff to provide constituents with superior customer service and utilizes university resources in accomplishing enrollment objectives by planning, developing, and managing the department budgets.
Works closely with other enrollment management departments regarding digital advertising, print literature, publications, social media, and websites to support recruitment, yield, and anti-melt efforts.
Oversee vendor partnerships to assist with recruitment and yield initiatives.
Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned in order to meet enrollment and divisional unit goals.
