Director of Enrollment Management

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's preferred. Three years of student service and higher education experience preferred. Experience with data management, enrollment processes, admissions and registration systems required. Polished presentation skills required. Demonstrated success supervising people and process required. Successful creation and implementation of college enrollment management plan preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement and assess student centered strategic admissions and enrollment plan. Establish collaborative partnerships to increase college enrollment. Create and analyze outreach efforts. Provide efficient student advising, collaborating across campus to ensure student success to completion. Oversee campus-wide advising training. Oversee campus admissions processes. Assess student needs, recommending improvements committed to student success. Provide information and assistance to students through holistic advising. Manage, audit, analyze and present enrollment records and data. Analyze and recommend improvements to graduate outcomes. Study data and trends serving as the college subject matter expert on admissions, enrollment, and advising.

SALARY: Dependent on experience. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and retirement (Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri.) Voluntary non-matching 403(b) plans available. Some educational stipends for self, spouse and dependents available.
