General Summary
The Enrollment Assistant is responsible for managing the office and providing sales and clerical support to the department.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Respond in a positive manner to telephone calls and interface with Administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni, vendors, and visitors
Lead entry and maintain database
May schedule appointments with prospects for admissions
Send or distribute literature to clients as needed by admissions
Maintain office files
Operate standard office equipment
Receive and dispatch mail
Receive and secure payments and handle cash when necessary
Maintain stock inventory of equipment and supplies
Greet clients, answer telephone, and provide directions or information
Deliver or pick up documents, equipment, or supplies
Review documents to ensure proper format and data
May perform in a lead worker capacity
May assist with text book inventory and shipment
Process purchase orders according to business office practices
May verify receipt of all end of session materials
May distribute and maintain all instructor materials
May assist both staff and faculty with various duties

Qualifications
Associates degree or certificate in office management preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
