Temple University invites applicants for a Manager, CRM Systems.



Description

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, the Manager, CRM Systems is responsible for the overall analysis and development of business process improvement as it relates to our admissions application system and recruitment communications planning. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the initial implementation of a customer relationship management system for Undergraduate Admissions as well as testing future upgrades and developing enhancements to support university enrollment goals. Perform other duties assigned



Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least one year related experience working with a CRM tool preferably in an undergraduate admissions setting. Experience with Banner or other ERP systems. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.



Required Skills & Abilities:
*Strong strategic, analytical, programming, interfacing and testing skills.
*Demonstrated ability to elicit and document user requirements and to document completed applications.
*Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
*Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate to a diverse group of management and staff.
*Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, if necessary.
